Eric is very knowledgeable and provided us with a variety of boiler options at a very fair price point. Eric and Jesse did the job over four days and easily worked within our schedule. When the work was done the old boiler was gone and the area was cleaned up nicely. They both have a lot of attention to detail and cared about the aesthetic qualities of the job as well as the functional. Unfortunately 3 days later we lost heat on a day we were supposed to leave for a short vacation (and with the outside temperature below 10F!) and Eric and a Jesse came down immediately despite their Saturday schedule with family. The problem was ultimately traced to the failure of our Ecobee smart thermostat which was in no way their fault. I replaced it with a Honeywell Lyric T5 and it’s been running great ever since. These things do happen and the support I received in our hour of need was excellent. Great job overall.

Jesse was immediately responsive and came over to give a quote very quickly.  He fit us in quickly and gave a fixed price quote.  He walked me through the reason he decided what he did, and as a small change came up, he informed me about it and included the item in his fixed quote.  When he cut a hole to access the shower valve, he cut is perfectly allowing for an easy mud/tap job to seal the wall again.  I highly recommend.

Jessie knew immediately from our phone description of the leaky pipe where it was and what was the problem.  He came over the next morning and fixed the leak immediately with clamps and gaskets which he carried in his truck. We felt his fee was very reasonable and appreciated the advice he gave  us about other plumbing issues in our house.   He was so pleasant, professional and competent that we have since recommended him to a neighbor who called him 'a magician.'.

Excellent service. Friendly, informative, timely, efficient and clean/well-organized. One of the very few plumbers I've dealt with over 40+ years of home ownership who returns calls and email messages promptly and who shows up at the previously agreed upon time. Also suggests potential ways for homeowner to save money on needed repairs, e.g., homeowner buying needed parts at discount (such as at Lowes, Home Depot, or online at places like PlumberSurplus.com) that he will then install in the repair.
JCG Plumbing will become my new go-to for my plumbing and heating work.

We called Jessie on a Saturday morning as our kitchen sink had become very loose and was leaking. We had recently moved to the area and did not have a plumber. He answered our call, came over within 10 minutes, and fixed the sink in about 20 minutes - this was very appreciated as we were trying to prepare for a holiday party we were hosting the next day. Not only was he knowledgable, professional and accommodating, but his fee was very reasonable. We will definitely call him again and we would recommend him.

Jesse is the best!  He answered my emails right away, showed up on time for the work, performed the work efficiently and quickly, and helped me save money.  He also was very helpful in pointing out other issues he encountered with mechanical systems that were not necessarily plumbing related.  I will definitely be calling Jesse for all my future plumbing needs.  Highly recommended.

Jesse from JCG Plumbing and Heating was great throughout the entire process.  The first time I called he answered right away and set up a time to come out and give an estimate.  He was very thorough and gave us lots of helpful hints even while he was just out for the estimate.  We found the estimate he gave us to be very reasonable, and we knew we wanted him to come back and do the work.  He was very flexible with scheduling, and even offered to come out on a Saturday so that we didn't have to miss any work.  While doing the work on the house he also found that our circulator pump was not working - something we were originally told by the home inspector.  He went out and got the part right away to replace it and didn't charge us any extra labor for replacing the part.
We found Jesse to be extremely reasonable and knowledgeable.  He gave us lots of advice and pointed out things that we did not know about the house.  We are definitely going to call JCG Plumbing for ALL of our future plumbing needs.  We highly recommend JCG Plumbing, and couldn't be happier with the work that was done. 

All went very well. Jesse comes prepared with various parts in his truck, works effectively and picks up after himself. He is knowledgable,  informative and friendly. He offered tons of sound advice for our house-maintenance-challenged selves! He even helped us with a small  bathroom conundrum while he was here.
He is reasonably priced and charged us what he originally quoted. He did not charge for a couple of parts he put in and put silicone sealant in an area we had had trouble with.

We realize this was not a large job, so we had been worried that we would find no one to address it in a timely fashion.  Jesse to the rescue!  We recommend Jesse without reservation and will hire him in a heartbeat should we
have any plumbing issues!

I had had another plumber look at this job awhile back, but after several attempts to get him out to perform work he would not respond to us, I feel he may have under bid the job, and it wasn't going to be worth it to him. I had Jesse from JCG plumbing out and he said he would do the job for the same price as the other plumber had quoted. We ended up needing some other little things done and he did it without charging any extra fee. I have had some issues in the past with contractors and let me just say this CO. is one of the best I've ever worked with. Jesse is the only person I dealt with from start to finish and he performs all the work himself, He cleaned up and was extremely cordial and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to call him in the future for any of our plumbing work.

Jessie has always done a great job for us, shows up on time, cleans up afterwards, and is very fair when it comes to what he charges.  He made a big impression several years ago when we called him to install a line for our ice maker for a new fridge.  He originally quoted us $150 over the phone, and when he got here, he said it had taken him less time than he had thought so he ended up charging us $125.  I had never heard of a plumber charging less than the original quote.  From that point on, he has been our go-to guy because he does consistently solid work and I feel like I can trust that his charges are fair and reasonable.
