It was a lot of yard waste. The previous owners had disposed of years of yard waste and Christmas trees etc. in the back yard. It is relatively inaccessible for equipment to remove it so it had to be hauled up manually and dumped. They went over the estimate ($2500-3000) even after I specifically told them to stop when they had done $3000 worth of work. They also got their truck stuck in my yard, left huge tire tracks and haven't come back to even it out and re-seed it as they said they would.
