I keep using them because they're professional, he's prompt, he does good work, he comes if I call him, if it's an emergency, the guy you want.

I use them every year. This particular man has cleaned our furnaces probably for the last ten or fifteen years. We've always been satisfied. He has always been responsive. He's prompt, he's professional, and I'm more than satisfied with his work.
