Deck and Porch Service
The Walk Hill team were hard working and professional, however, several problems were revealed a few years after the work was done. First, they charged us $1K for pulling a permit, but when I checked with city records, they had not done so. When I contacted Erica to inquire about this, she did not return my calls. Second, they installed the lock on out door backwards and did not add any insulation to the door, so my husband had to essentially take the door apart after they installed it to do this. Finally, they used indoor trim for an outdoor deck, meaning all the paint peeled off within 6 months and now the boards are warped.
