 + 2 moreWe got several quotes for the job, and his quote was the most affordable. Shawn is meticulous and diligent. Despite being young, he does a great job working with and directing the men who work with him. He provided an approximate start date and did commence work within the timeframe he estimated. He took an extra 2 days finishing up the job, but to be fair, we added work for him during the process, and the extra time was just to make sure everything was perfect, which it is. We are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend others hire him for landscaping and masonry projects around the home.
Description of Work: Shawn and his team demolished our old front steps and walkways, along with a raised masonry deck. After demolition he laid a foundation for new steps and installed new steps in front and back of the house made of brick with granite. He also dug dry wells for our downspouts and sump pump to get water away from the foundation. He then laid a base and installed a paver patio, and 2 paver walkways. Afterward he completed the job by installing sod. He also repaired some cracks in the brick masonry on our garage and a third set of stairs on the exterior of our home. He repaired two window wells for us.
