Richard is extremely professional and responsible.  It seems to me that he takes pride in his work and a job well done.  

He is a great guy. Arrives when he says he is going to arrive, and gets the work done. He calls if he is going to be late.

He was excellent, knew exactly what has to be done and the job was done very smoothly. He was very fair to me with the pricing. He was professional, responsive and the quality of service was great.

Richard was going to do 2 jobs for me but it turned out my plumber's electrician needed to do one of the jobs. Richard was very gracious abut the last minute change of plans and the fact that he needed to return parts to the store. It was a pleasure to have him do this work. He arrived right on time with the thermostat which he had purchased for me and immediately set to work. When he finished installing the thermostat, he even programmed for me. The area was So clean when he left, it looked like the thermostat had been on the wall forever.

It went very well. We had a lot of small things for him to complete. He brought a helper was was also efficient. He was very nice, responsive, friendly, and helpful in offering guidance in our work to be done. I work in real estate and will certainly refer him to our customers and clients in the future.

Richard was easy to deal with and available to do the job. He came to my place right away to give me an estimate of the work and fit me into his schedule on the same week as he did the estimate. He worked with my contractor to get the work done in the most efficient way, which made things easier. He showed up on time and finished the work as expected. And to make things better he has a great sense of humor!

Great. Rich showed right on time, was available almost immediately and is a nice, bright guy. Very easy to work with.

Richard is a neighbor and friend and has been very generous with his time and skills. As he is a full time union electrician we really appreciate his making the time for our projects and those of other friends to whom we have recommended him.
