I contacted O'Sullivan, he got right back to me, came out to give an
estimate the same day, then followed through after the weekend on a
Monday. Our gutters were cleaned and nothing was left for us to clean
up.
O'Sullivan is incredibly professional and efficient.

Brendan did a great job and actually cleaned my gutters using his hands instead of a leaf blower. He also did a minor repair to one of my gutters. He was very professional and pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him.

Brendan O'Sullivan has been cleaning our gutters for several years. He is very dependable. He will return calls very promptly, and always manages to fit us into his schedule. We have a lot of pine trees and they are very messy so we have Brendan over to clear the gutters a few times a year. His prices are quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him due to his prompt response, excellent work, and reasonable prices.

I returned to a house full of sparkling windows, all locked up, and completely clean gutter, which is amazing as i have 2 very tall trees which drop lots of pine needles.

They did fine. They were great. They came when they said they were going to come and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and there were no problems. I will use them again in the future.

Called on a Saturday morning and owner picked up on his cell phone and suggested coming by that afternoon after he completed his current job. Arrived on-time and after reviewing the work provided a verbal quote for the windows specified (outside cleaning only), and at my request a second quote on another set of windows that needed both inside/outside cleaning. He set a date of that coming Thursday for the work and completed the work on that day. The job involved large picture windows and other difficult to reach sets of windows that show when the work is subpar- and in this case the work was excellent. The owner is clear, easy to talk to, quick to provide a quote and works by himself (as far as I could tell) and so controls the work quality. He will be back shortly to complete the second phase of work. Very pleased and very fair on pricing.

Reasonably priced, super prompt service.
This year I called around to see if I coud get a better price than I'd paid another service the year before (Other service is also a highly-rated Angie's list provider.) Brendan was up and quot;on a ladderand quot; when i called, but called back quickly. By the next day he had come by to check out the house and left an estimate in the mailbox. It was about $75 cheaper than what I'd paid the year before. Once I booked the job, he was over and had completed it the next day. Not only had a paid far too much to the other provider the year before, but I'd also had to wait well over a month to have it done (some of it was due to bad weather, but much of it was because they seemed overbooked.)
Without a doubt, I'll be continuing to use Brendan from now on.

Brendan responded immediately to my call. He took my information, drove by to check the job and left me a price. Because we were waiting for the leaves to fall more completely, he told me he would come by on a good date and leave me a statement and I could send him a check. I appreciated his efficiency and promptness, and the fact that I didn't need to take a day off from work to be there when he was working. I would definitely call him again.

I left a message for Mr. O'Sullivan at 9:00 on Monday morning, 9/12. Brendan returned my call mid-morning and said that he would come to check out the job that same day. He also said that if I agreed with his estimate he could begin the work right away. I did agree and Brendan did the work, cleaning up all of the debris from the grounds. There have been several rain storms since the gutters were cleaned and they are draining as they should. I couldn't be happier with both the job results and Brendan's professionalism. A couple of delays (weather) but O'Sullivans were very responsive and accomodating

I called on a Wednesday, he came early Thursday morning to give an estimate. Very friendly, knowledgeable and would definitely recommend. He cleaned all of the gutters at a good price - very easy. He was fantastic!Ben

Brendan O'Sullivan is the best window-washing bargain in town. He is courteous, prompt, and professional. The windows are so clean that it is as though the glass were not there. He charged only $280 for 26 windows plus the front gutter (which was full of leaves from a nearby tree). For the condo he charged only $5 per window because he said that they were tilt-in and easy to do. I had called three other contractors and found their prices high and their availability a problem. Before calling Brendan my best offer had been $360 for most of the windows, with another $120 for the eight jalousies on the back porch, to be done at some later date. Brendan did them all in one day for a much lower price. When I called him to do the windows at the condo, he squeezed the work into his schedule and did it very quickly, but still very well. I plan to call him back twice a year to do the windows and check the gutters.
