Excellent in every way. He called to set up a time and came that morning. Called to say he was stuck in traffic and would be a little late. Determined why the current front door had failed, and tailored the installation of the new one to prevent a reoccurrence. Both doors work perfectly. Installation was very neat - he was careful not to damage the paintwork.
