He does shoddy work. The painting that was done, was terrible. They didn't paint the corners of my house or the trim. Also, when he was re-doing the tile in the bathroom he left grout all over the place. He has since been back about 4 times to see if he can fix the roof leak that I was having issues with. The lack of detail that he conducts his work with is just appalling. I even had him order me some windows that took 2 months to get delivered (way too long). Once they were delivered, we were one short, which was just ridiculous. They don't do great work and they are not someone I would ever recommend in the future.

Trouble began after I agreed to the price. Larry began to delay starting saying he was having trouble with permit. My neighbor told me to beware because Larry was not finishing up the other job he knew of. I checked with the city and found out that Larry had never applied for the permit in the first place. Larry told me he was going to start the job in October and even began to say the job would be 'next week' on a certain day. I cleaned out my garage and had it ready. Nothing happened. I left messages and emails for Larry asking him to explain and he never returned my emails or calls after that. I finally left him a message after I found out that he lied about the permit saying that no longer wanted anything to do with his services. Fortunately for me, he had not asked for a down payment and I did not lose any money.
