He likes to ramble on and on and he talked about money a lot. I have never heard any other contractor talk about money as much as he talked about money. Even when I tried to redirect the conversation, he would just go back to talking about money. He made me uncomfortable and he spoke to me like I was a 9 year old. I know that he could of the job, but because he bedside manner was so terrible, there was no way I was letting him into my house.

Very happy with service provided. Ken did a great job cleaning up damage from a very nasty computer virus. He was not able to restore functionality of Internet Explorer but came up with a workaround that lets me access the INTERNET, and we talked through options for getting Explorer back on line. Will hire Ken again when I decide which option to pursue.

Ken is a persistent troubleshooter and will work doggedly at the problem until it is solved barring an issue that can't be resolved at that time. He will answer questions or walk you through by phone later if these issues aren't resolved.

I had a complicated issue, trying to make my very old laser printer communicate with my new Powerbook. Ken was able to ensure that I could print (and thus keep my treasured printer). He was cordial, punctual, and affordable.
