His communication and follow-up is exceptional. I almost want to say ''like in the good old days'' because he understands service, does not leave you hanging if traffic ties him up, etc, and works odd (weird hours) which is idea for working people. Time, talent, personality and price. Unbeatable. Having a garage sale and selling furniture? Negotiate with him to be on stand-by for furniture deliveries. It makes sales easier.
