I hate being lied to about work to be performed. Paid $500 to this company to cut down a branched off section of a tree. Was informed that they would cut it down to a certain height below infected section. When I return from work it is 5 to 6 feet above the line they quoted. They come back to do some work on other branch of tree and I ask about discrepancy and they do not correct. To make matters worse they conveniently did not have a receipt book and I had to draft one and have them sign it. When I hire an expert I expect them to let me know what the issues are beforehand and not try to nickle and dime me with additional items that should have been evident from the start. You got me once but it will never happen again. "Pics included"
