I have used Cencon -- really Jim Bryson -- for years for roof repairs.  He was generally responsive and reasonable in price with decent results.  The last time I used him was a disaster.  I had a bad leak coming from the roof  area.  There is a headhouse and roof deck on my roof.  Bryson first diagnosed the lead as coming from the side of the headhouse, and did extensive additional metal work on the siding.  The leak continued.  In June or July he returned along with his assistant, Bobby Crosby (who also trades as "Painting Plus") and ripped up my deck looking for the leak,.  Finally, at a friend's suggestion, he aimed the hose at the door of the headhouse and discovered the leak was coming from around the headhouse door.  Bryson promised to come back and repair the deck and install a new door and frame that would fix the leak.   Instead Crosby returned in late August, fixed the deck and stained it, charging me $2,650 and guaranteeing the job for 5 year against peeling, also promising to put on a third coat.  That is the last I saw Bryson or Crosby, despite repeated phone calls and emails to both of them.   In October Bryson finally responded to my email, urging me that he would return to replace the door soon.  I never have heard from him again.  Crosby promised twice to come to finish the deck job and put another coat on, but was a no show twice and is now unresponsive to phone calls and emails. I recommend that no one use Cencom, Jim Bryson, or Bobby Crosby (trading sometimes as Painting Plus).
