carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThey were not very professional and they were not timely. They came a day late and then was late again. They were not honest about the pricing. I felt he was not honest about sanitizing and deodorizing. He was very casual about my time.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in two rooms and a hallway. They did get the stains out and the carpet looks good. They were to come yesterday between 11 and 2. He finally called at 3;30. He was to be here at 11 and he didn't show until almost 1 p.m. I was told it would be $149.00. When he came in he asked about scotch guarded and I said to go ahead. He never told me about the additional charges. They were not up front about the extra cost.
