upholstery cleaning
 + -1 moreThe chair had to be cleaned because the cat tossed a particularly foul hairball on the back of it. The guy said he'd use plenty of deodorizer on it. They cleaned it beautifully - but the deodorizer left a strong smell behind. The cat's smell is gone, but now the chair smells of the deodorizer. They called and asked if I was satisfied, but when I said no and explained what happened, they didn't seem interested in correcting it. In fairness, the guy asked me if using the deodorizer was OK, and I said yes, not realizing it would leave such a strong smell.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned chair.
