 + -1 moreI bought my first multi family in July and hired Balcazar Construction to demolish and remodel the +4000 sq ft. building. Miguel's crew worked long hours, were very caring and thoughtful about the quality of their work, often did extra little things without complaint or attitude, and kept an eye on the other trades. They were an absolute godsend with a project that turned out far bigger than I would have ever imagined right down to the painting and detailed finishing touches.
Description of Work: They did complete renovation of a three family house with over 4000 sq. feet. This included three new kitchens, seven bathrooms, porches, tile, wood, foundation rejuvenation, moving stairways, and more.
