My elderly father needed a sliding glass door replaced. He contracted with Jeff Watson in November of 2010 to replace the door and gave him $2000 to purchase a door. Two months later, the door had not been replaced. When my father would call to check on progress. Mr. Watson always had a story as to why the installation hadn't begun. First he said he'd mistakenly ordered the wrong door, then, he couldn't assemble a crew to work over the holidays; the excuses and long winded voicemails were endless. . To make a long story short, my father had to take Mr. Watson to court and sue him for the money. The court ruled in my father's favor and Mr. Watson admitted to lying all along. After going to court two more times, when Mr. Watson defaulted on payments, my father finally received all of the money owed in July of 2012.
