No additional charge for travel to most North Shore communities including Beverly, Danvers, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester, Newburyport, Peabody, Rockport, Rowley, Salem, Topsfield, Wenham. Support available by appointment, Monday-Friday, or on an emergency, 24x7, after-hours basis. Online/Phone support options are also available. North Shore IT is a Dell Registered Partner, which enables us to extend preferential pricing and premium support options to our clients.

I reached out to North Shore IT about getting my house wired with ethernet in order to have a more reliable connection + a better wifi network. I had reached out to a number of vendors, but John stuck out because he was very easy to chat with and was all about understanding what I was actually looking for in the project. After the walk through, it was apparent that John was focused on providing the best solution he could design without completely breaking the bank. To tackle the ethernet wiring piece, he coordinated 3 different electrician walk throughs to find the right solution for our setup. Once the project started it was wrapped up in two days. All involved were professional and would definitely recommend John to other folks looking to upgrade their home networks!

John responded to my call before 24 hours, was able to meet all of my needs and recommend expertly the next steps needed to resolve my situation. I had been working on data collection for a research project on deadline when the computer crashed and was concerned not only about time crunch, but files loss. I had a new laptop fully configured within 2 days, a minimum of time loss, and ALL files fully restored. I needed expert advice about solid back up cloud service and anti-malware applications, and John knew exactly what to recommend and install. Highly recommended service! NOTE: The cost projection below is labor only (not the cost of the new laptop), for diagnostics, files retrieval, computer configuration and some search and rescue efforts on my many licensed applications that needed to be restored to the new laptop.

Our expectations were beyond met. Problems were solved we didn't even know existed! Everything was completed very quickly, painlessly, and with ease and even joy. As a non-profit business owner with zero financial and emotional wiggle room, I can easily slip into low-grade hysteria if our infrastructure is compromised, and North Shore IT was efficient and professional in a most reassuring and humanizing way.
