Day of service crew performed satisfactorily and she verbally agreed to assist us going forward.
One week later she does not call but writes she cannot assist us at all because she committed to another job . She does not have the courtesy to call after all the time we spent talking and committing to helping us. This was highly inconvenient as we spent quite a lot of time interviewing other service companies.This communication was inappropriate and felt very unprofessional. Now I understand when another landscape professional told us he had a similar experience with this individual. Potential customers beware.
