Ivan came next day and after searching where in the wall the dead animal was he advised to wait a few days & if the odor disapated it was probably just a tiny mouse. He charged $50 for the visit which would be applied to his fee if the smell did not go away. We were very satisfied with him and his pest control knowledge.

Excellent: I called, we talked to establish the scope of the problem and potential solutions. We set-up a time and he later texted telling me that he was running late(15 minutes) . He arrived, did his thing, explaining how, when, why etc and what to expect and IF this initial approach didn't totally eliminate the problem; the next phase. Several days later .. better but still had a problem. I texted, he responded and came back THAT DAY to initiate 2nd treatment at no charge and incidentally his initial fee was 1/2 of what the brand name companies quoted me!. ... So far so good. I've seen a 2 bees walking lethargically but non threatening. Thank you Ivan ..I highly recommend him.

Ivan was great to work with. Responsive to initial inquiry. Frank with his opinions re: various remediation methods/products. And pricing was fair. Would work with again.
