With WCS (for the last 18 years) and all the vehicles we've owned, we have never had a problem - even with large repairs - if there was a glitch after the work, WCS stood by its worked - alerted us well in advance of stuff to consider doing in the future - before every trip we take, we take the vehicle to WCS to have it checked out....they have serviced our Volvo, (2) Lexus, (1) Z-28, (1) Ford Ranger, (1) F-150, (1) VW camper, and (2) Subarus......don't know what we'd do with out them ! Wally's the best.

These guys are pros, excellent attention to detail.

My Jeep is almost 10 years old with 90,000 miles.  I haven't had the differential fluid changed ever, so I had this done.  The plugs were changed at 70K, so I didn't have him do this, and I change the oil and filter myself every 7,000 miles with Mobil 1 synthetic oil.  I was surprised the front brakes were okay, as I haven't had the pads or rotors serviced since 40,430 miles.  These are guys are thorough, this is the 3rd time I've had them work on the 2004 Jeep and I find them to be honest.  Excellent job! 

They also worked on our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I'll write a separate review for the great job they did, at a fair price.

May have to move to Austin - not having WCS is a major dilemma for my wife and I.

Always with WCS, if you need to help diagnosing and fixing a problem with a Volvo that needs specialized attention, than this is the place to go to.  They have always been "right on" with the diagnosis and the repair and it the ultimate Volvo repair facility on the south shore of Boston.  Very trustworthy and at times the final cost came in a bit lower than the preceding estimate.  However, they are not the cheapest due to the quality level of their work.  I would recommend WCS to anyone who needs help with their Volvo!

WCS was able to offer us the option of a used part, we agreed, and that saved us a lot of money. They have serviced the same vehicle for us for about 15 years. They are hands down, the best repair shop I have ever used. Professional, courteous, capable and a good value for your $.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have provided service on a number of our vehicles for well over a dozen years. They are honest. They communicate well. They give you options and information. If there is a problem they resolve if professionally. They specialize in Volvos but repair other vehicles. Most recently they replaced a clutch, throwout bearing, removed/resurfaced the flywheel on our older 240. They continue to do the maintenance on our 240, and also have maintained our v70. This is all done at a fraction of what the dealer would charge...and for much better service as stated above. They service vehicle either while you wait or you can drop the vehicle off.
