Outstanding !  The people is the show room were great (I think our sales lady was Shiela) and the installers were prompt and professional.  Will be using them again for a runner and living room rug.

I needed new carpet for a house I'd just bought. I had visited several highly rated carpet shops and the Rug Merchant was by far the best. The team at Rug Merchant spent a great deal of time with me helping me to understand what type of carpet would be best for the spaces. They helped me choose carpet colors/patterns that work together and with my paint. They were also very helpful in identifying lower cost options for my basement. I found it very challenging to get this kind of advice and service from other stores. In addition, the Rug Merchant's prices were very competitive.
The installation team was fantastic too. It was a pleasure to have these guys in my house and they were absolute perfectionists, despite the fact that my house is really challenging (concrete floors, curved walls, etc).

They are very professional and cooperative. They were on time. A lot of the rug people, they squeeze around with you a little bit with you and they are not that way at all. They have a huge selection and they have design expertise.

We were happy with our experience from start to finish. Susie in the showroom was very pleasant and helpful. She encouraged us to take carpet samples home. This helped a great deal with our making a choice we are happy with.
Steve, who came to our home to measure for installation, was also pleasant and professional. He did an excellent and accurate job.
Phil, who came to install the carpeting, was very pleasant, professional and exacting with the installation. He took great care with measuring so everything is perfect.
Our carpeting looks beautiful and we have already had many compliments.
All in all, we are very happy with our experience with Rug Merchant. We would happily recommend them.

Had concerns in selecting wear along with color matching of three different carpets, but with their help all combining rooms match beautifully, and are perfect material for traffic!

The selection is fabulous, they have every rug imaginable, and it they don't have it, they will get it! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I was kept informed of the status of my order. They delivered them on time, moved furniture, laid the rugs, and returned everything to it's correct place. I loved it! I even called them and had them move 2 rugs about 2 feet at no extra cost! I would purchase from them again and again!

THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION. THEY ARE VERY GOOD, THEY JUST SHOWED UP A LITTLE BIT LATE. EVERYTHING ELSE IS OKAY. THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED WELL, WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT.
