Great! Very easy to deal with. Excellent price!

Not so professional. First, they showed up with no samples. Second, the measuring was way too approximate and next time they showed up it was with countertops that didn't fit. The installers were furious and surly upon my pointing that out, but they did take them back and re-cut them. The revised fit is pretty good, not perfect but certainly acceptable. The main thing I would take issue with these guys on is that they just don't behave like pros. We have had lots of contractors in the house for our renovation and these guys just didn't show well by comparison. They emailed me the measurements, which were off so I emailed them the correct ones. They totally ignored that and built to their own dimensions, which were wrong. Fortunately they were too big rather than too little, but now my house is filled with stone dust from their cutting on-site. They said I was an incredibly difficult customer and hung up on me ... I wasn't the least bit difficult until they started messing this up. One thing: with some of these countertop installers, you have to pay close attention to how much reveal they want to make under your sinks. The quick and dirty method is to make the hole considerably smaller than the sink, and that looks bad, functions bad, and is hard to clean. I had to get them to re-cut the top to be flush with the sink walls; they were none too happy about that request, but it does look worlds better now that they re-did it. One thing I will say is, the material they used is very very elegant. I chose it simply by looking at their website, having never seen a sample, but it looks terrific. All in all, if I were to do this again, I'd try another place -- there are many, many choices of countertop installers. A customer that wants a correct installation should not be treated as a difficult customer in any way, shape or form.

It went very smooth from start to end. Great customer service. They were able to answer all my question before I placed the order. Timing was a huge concern for me but they were able to install only 5 days from templating. Great installers as well. Very polite and professional. I have a vacation home down on the Cape that needs granite and I'll be definitely using South Shore Granite again.

South Shore Granite is a great place to get granite!! Customer service is on point. Being as it was our first time upgrading our home, we wanted to make sure the quality was right to increase the value. Bruna was very patient with me and all my questions. She helped me choose the perfect granite color for my kitchen. Jose did an outstanding job with the installation.
