Hired Dream Bath for a tub to shower conversion at my parents house. Steve was wonderful to work with. At the showroom, he explained the options and answered all our questions - no pushy sales pitch, just super informative and helpful. The install team was great and definitely know there stuff. My parents are thrilled with the end result, both for the look and the functionality. Would highly recommend.

Steve, Rich and Bob make a terrific team . Steve came out with samples for the surround and great suggestions for incorporating my ideas. He explained the process and went over a line item quote. Rich and Bob were super professional for the installation. They had to work under somewhat difficult conditions ,due to the unusual location of the bathroom. They smoothly worked as a team ,each doing their particular part in completing the job in a day. The cost was more than reasonable ,as I was able to get all of the accessories I wanted , at a price that big companies charge for basic work. I'm happy I went local and highly recommend Dream Bath.

Work was done in one day, actually a little less. Rich and Jeff were friendly, unobtrusive, neat, and very skillful. Asked and answered questions at appropriate times. Results are beautiful.

We are extremely pleased with all the staff, Steve, Mike and their installers, Rich, Jeff and their plumber, Jay. We needed to come to our rental property from the Cape; therefore, appreciated the arrival of all when scheduled. Very professional services.

They were the best! Jeff had so much patience with all my questions. Their work was excellent and he had me informed at each piece he installed. Clean up was immaculate. My garage where they worked has never been so clean! If I could give them A+++ I would.

Work was done well in 1 day with no problems. The 15 year old fiberglass tub/shower comno was removed and replaced by a new acrylic shower with glass doors, new faucet/drain fixtures, folding wood shower seat, grab bar and shelves for soap/shampoo. Workers were courteous and professional. Work was performed as budgeted and the work area was fully cleaned up. Am very pleased with the new shower stall.

South Shore Dream Bath was a dream to work with! From the time their representative came over with samples and colors, to the final installation of the tub area, and installation of the vanity and toilet, they were patient, responsive, and did an amazing job. They were done in a day as promised, and I am very pleased with the results. They removed the old tiles to check for mold, and replaced that part of the wall with green board before they installed the new walls. They left the bathroom spotlessly clean as if they were never there. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend them.

Better than we could have imagined. It is beautiful...and it only took three days! They covered the existing cast iron tub with a white acrylic tub liner. They removed the fiberglass tub surround and replaced it with a sparkling white acrylic surround. They covered the pink tile over the tub with a smooth acrylic ceiling. They removed the old shower doors and shower fixtures and replaced them with lovely new satin nickel fixtures and glass doors that slide effortlessly. The pink wall tiles were covered with white acrylic wainscoting. The outdated pink 1-inch square tile floor was replaced with a beautiful 1 foot square ceramic tile. They installed a new toilet and vanity that we had purchased on our own. Of special note: (1) they took care to protect our existing carpeting by lining the entire length of the stairs and hallway with drop cloths; (2) they found mold behind the wall tile in two places so they ripped out the moldy wall board and replaced it at no extra cost; (3) the coordination between the main crew, the plumber and the tile installer was seamless - these guys really know what they're doing; (4) they were mindful of our two indoor cats and made sure not to leave any doors ajar that might allow them to escape [we've had problems with this with other contractors]; (5) when the marble threshold between the bathroom tile and the hall carpet had to be removed unexpectedly, the tile installers went out and purchased a replacement at no extra cost to us which we like even better than the original; (6) upon completion of the job, they vacuumed our floors and swept our garage; (7) they gave us a jug of grout sealer for the floor tiles; (8) they emailed us care instructions for the acrylic surfaces and a list of approved cleaning products; (9) they showed up exactly when they said they would and the final cost was exactly as stated in the quote - no surprises; (10) every seam was sealed beautifully with silicone - it looks so neat; (11) even though Rich was very clear about not touching the silicone before it had a chance to dry thoroughly, I accidentally smudged one of the seams, wrecking the beautiful line; I asked Rich if he could come back and fix the seam I messed up, and he came back the next week and repaired it at no extra charge. From beginning to end it was a terrific experience! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

They got here on time, right on the dot. I was impressed with that. They were super professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent experience!!!! There were no hidden fees. I knew exactly what my contract price would be before signing off. Very professional company with experienced installers. Went exactly the way the salesman said it would. One day installation. And it looks fabulous!! A bit on the expensive side($6,000) but, based on the work done and improvements made to bath area, fair.

First, Tom came out to look at the space, show us samples, and talk about what they offer. There was no pressure and we got a good sense of the company . It is small with people who take pride in their job. After we gave them a deposit, they guaranteed that they would return within 3 weeks which they did. Rich and Luke came out and they were friendly and very professional. They did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with the results and recommend them highly.

The estimate was honored, the work was done efficiently, and all employees were friendly.

The entire experience was a pleasure from planning to execution. SSDB was very accommodating with us due to the holiday season falling in our planned work days. Once work started the gentlemen were prompt and professional . They were happy to answer any of our questions and they were great with our little dog too :) . The bathroom looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with South Shore Dream Bath for our bathroom remodel.

It went so smoothly, didn't expect it could be done without a minor mishap, but it did. I thought that our existing tile may get chipped during the transition but those guys know their business. Not so much as a scratch anywhere. Loved their work and efficiency and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

A great experience from the initial visit to the install. Everything went very smoothly and the finished product looks outstanding. They pay great attention to detail and it shows. The whole process took less than 8 hours and they cleaned up without leaving a trace. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We could not be more pleased with the completed work. Rich and his team were very professional and respectful of our home. They covered the hardwood floors and used care around the areas of the room that we had already completed ourselves. The workmanship was excellent. They completely cleaned up after the job was finished. The result definitely exceeded our expectations.

I would most certainly recommend SSDB to anyone! From the beginning, Steve was helpful in assessing our needs, presenting all the options, finalizing design, and scheduling the install. Rich took the lead on the install and coordinated perfectly with the plumber. He also went above and beyond, post-installation, in finding some modified plumbing fixtures, based on a last minute request from us. The installation was definitely faster than a traditional, tiled custom shower would have been and was a lot less expensive. We love the look and, the entire shower is a breeze to clean. If you can, we recommend the rain shower head combo with the handheld - so many options! We have kids and it's very convenient to be able to just put them in the enclosure and hose them down, ha!

South Shore Dream Bath finished our bathroom yesterday. They did a terrific job. They were professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and the work was professional and high quality. We still have a little work to do ourselves with a final coat of paint, reinstalling the trim, etc., but it all looks great. If you are re-doing your bathroom, definitely look at these guys. We will be re-hiring them to do our second bathroom.

They were not great but they were good. It was not a major thing but they had to come back and replace a faucet in the shower because it was leaking.
