Good experience. Sales was great. Since they are close by I went to their shop. Both Bob Vardano and Bob Budrys were knowledgeable, helpful in answering questions and not pushy at all. There was no up-sell pressure or to replace my existing opener. Just the kind of sales process I like.
Scheduling was quick (about 1 week). The tech-installer (Don) was great: personable, professional, answered my questions, arrived right on schedule and completed and cleaned up in about two hours. Price included removal of the old door and track.

Everything went well. A salesman came to give the estimate the same day that we called. We accepted right away, as we felt it was a reasonable price and we had used the same company for our existing door, which we believed was over 20 years old. We were told that there was a wait of about two weeks for installation. We were going on vacation, so we were able to schedule the installation for after our return. We received a call well in advance of the appointment day to let us know that the work would be done starting around 7:30 a.m. The installer arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. It took a little over 3 hours for removing the old door and installing the new one. When the work was done, he asked to show me how to use the door. He advised me that operating the door could feel stiff for awhile. He demonstrated the locking and unlocking of the door at least twice and explained that some people try to turn the key too far for unlocking. The installer was very polite and professional. The door is working fine.

The salesman, Fred, returned my call promptly and set up an appointment. He came to the house with brochures and explained very well the pros and cons of several doors I was interested in. He explained the timeline of ordering and installation of the doors. There was going to be a delay of a week before the doors arrived from the factory and I was notified. The installation men, Mike and Matt arrived as scheduled and installed the doors. They did a great job and left the garage very clean. They made sure that I didn't have any questions before they left. The doors look great. All interactions I had with the company were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage doors installed. They were a pleasure to deal with.
