The crew that was sent to install my exterior doors was highly incompetent. They left my home and new door damaged, nails exposed, handles installed upside down, and the job unfinished. Attempts to contact Home Run Handyman have been unsuccessful and they do not respond to messages. Will be pursuing a complaint with the MA contractors board.

Requested several quotes and Jim was the only one to contact us while the others just waisted my time with their lack of professionalism. Jim gave me a more than fair price. They arrived on time, finished the job in one day and worked safely. I am a 74y/o Vietnam veteran and it was great to see veterans working on this crew.

Jim came out and have A estimate that was just out of my budget. He noticed I had some medical issues going on and he took it upon him self to step in and make sure I would have safe steps providing extra handrails to help support me in going up and down the stairs. He also lowered his original price in making it affordable without knowing all I get is social security disability which is just enough to get by. My family and I can’t thank you enough for making life easier to get in and out of the house. Jim you really went up and above what was expected

Everything in the process went smooth and according to plan. We were able to move into the home in time for school starting which was our hope. The project was on budget and we even found some additional savings that allowed is to finish the basement.
