I have used this provider in the past and had not issues, however with this particular project it has been a long drawn out process since July 2014. I put down a $700 deposit to replace skylights and they did not show up until August of 2015 to perform the work and the windows were not the right size. Since it had been over a year I decided against having the work completed and Richard Evans and I agreed in September to cancel the contract. Since that agreement I have still not have received my refund. He does answer when I call in regards to the refund, however I feel I am receiving the run around when it comes to when I will receive it. He keeps promising it will be mailed and it still has not arrived.

I contracted with Larry Evans who actually invited me into his home to check out the sun room he had built years ago. I checked out all his references who were eager to speak with me. Larry took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the project and NEVER pushed me during my research to make me to do something I was not comfortable with. He took care of EVERYTHING prior to the project including getting the permit, lining up an electrician (which was huge because of their experience working on the sun room prior) and  troubleshooting issues along the way going overboard to make sure I was happy. There were issues as you would expect not early anticipated but Evans Company solved them and not once did they "nickel and dime" me. Larry seemed to understand my interest and I wanted to make sure it was of solid quality. Because of the expense involved, I was hoping for a higher level of company to do business with and Evans Company was everything and more. Larry's team was extremely professional and very experienced not taking the easy way out or short cuts if things were not done right. Very clean and respectful of the neighbors. I had a 20 X 12 room built with rolling windows and a sliding door surrounded by a wraparound deck and stairway with an asphalt roof and clapboard to match the house.
Very pleased all around. I guess you would say the best compliment was I looked like a hero to my family with the decision. This is when you know you made a good choice. Highly recommend you call Larry Evans and his company if you had a sun room in mind.

Overall, they did a great job. There was one side that needed some work done. Otherwise it was a very positive feedback.

I called Larry late one night expecting to get his voicemail - instead, he picked up, and I provided some details. We negotiated for a few weeks after deciding on what the room would do (materials, size, shape etc.).Once we signed, the entire project was complete in 2 months time. That two month time period included ordering parts.
From first day of demolition to completion, it took 13 business days to complete - that also includes an extra day of drilling. The crew was fantastic and was meticulous about the details.
They know the harvey product extremely well, and were very clear on how to construct it exactly as expected.
Great experience.
Overall, we quoted out 6 providers, they were the 2nd or 3rd most expensive, with some more custom offerings the only higher priced.

The co-owner of the company came out and gave us an estimate of the job. He went through all of the options for door and window replacements, and left us with a sample board for selecting the roof material. We made our selection and deposited 1/3 of the estimate. We were called when the doors and window arrived and a date was set for installation. The doors and window were done in one day by two very competent men. The old doors and window and debris were removed in their truck. The co-owner arrived at the end of the day to check on the work. Two days later the crew arrived to replace the roof. A dumpster arrived the day before. The co-owner returned with a building permit. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. The entire roof was removed and replaced in one day. The co-owner returned twice during the day to check on the progress. The following day the dumpster was removed.

Quick estimate, arrive when planned, excellent cleanup, work is excellent with no do overs/fixits.
