buying services
 + -1 moreIt was not good. It was a big sales pitch and we were just uncomfortable with his presentation. We just canceled the service and then they wouldn't refund our money. It took a long while to give our money back but they eventually did. We weren't members long enough to use the service. Their responsiveness and punctuality were terrible. Someone let us sign the agreement. We signed it then we realized it was a big mistake and we canceled it. They wouldn't give our money back nor would they call us or email me back. They wouldn't contact me, whatsoever.
Description of Work: We used DirectBuy of Indianapolis for buying services a year ago.
