Description of Work: BUILT A DECK OFF THE KITCHEN. 12 X 23, INCLUDED NEW DECKING MATERIAL AND RAILINGS, NEW FOOTINGS AND FRAME.

Description of Work: KITCHEN REMODEL. GUTTED KITCHEN TO STUDS & CEILING, BLOCKED BACK DOOR AND MOVED TO INSTALL A NEW SLIDER DOOR. REMOVED 2 WALLS AND INSTALLED LVL BEAM BETWEEN LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. INSTALLED NEW CABINETS & COUNTERTOPS. PLUMBING TO NEW KITCHEN LAYOUT.
