We hired Jim to remove two tree stumps. We called him and he gave us a quote over the phone based on our measurement of the stumps ($225) that were done by the guidance on his website (Q&A) - one stump was quite big and area around it elevated and the other one was small. We were pleased with his quote, it was a competitive in comparison to other companies so we hired him (we called 3 additional companies). He was able to come the next day (Walpole) which was great because we had another job scheduled that needed the big stump gone as quickly as possible.
He came exactly at the time he said he would today on a Saturday. I certainly appreciate the reliability. In addition, he did an amazing job as the two areas look great and the area where the big stump was is now flat and covered with the mulch. He was very neat and the areas were left clean. Very professional. JIm even billed us less because he said that it was easier than what he anticipated. I call that honesty!!!!!!!!!!!
I would highly recommend him to all my friends and will use him again in the future if the need arises.
