They arrived on the appointed time and day.  They were very efficient and thorough in removing the old indirect hot water  heater tank, and were  very efficient and thorough in replumbing and rewiring for the new stainless steel indirect heater tank.  They were extremely
"neat" in their procedures (it didn't look like a war zone), and had the new tank up and operating in a minimum of time.  They took the old tank and debris with them and even swept up after themselves.  I would highly recommend them for heating installations
(hot water).  I am very happy with their work and my new indirect hot water heater.

Frustrated by other companies that proposed to install only one particular brand, or a system inappropriate for the tightly restricted space (part of a passageway between rooms and an exit), I called this company, found in the local phone book. A representative (himself an actual installer) promptly called and set up a time to visit. Arriving right on time, he proposed three alternative systems, in three price ranges and left off a video on the System 2000. Subsequent questions I had about the System 2000 were answered patiently and in detail over the phone. At my request, another installer arrived promptly and on time to remeasure the space and verify that the system would fit well without obstructing the passageway. Removal/installation were performed in about five hours by three installers who worked both independently and in coordination, displaying obvious knowledge and expertise and politely and fully answering all of my questions. They don't come better than this company.
