Erik was very knowledgeable, capable, and professional. He was flexible with our requests, and also offered several helpful suggestions for improving the final look of the installation (for instance, using an old drawer front to create a "dummy drawer" face that would better blend in with our kitchen).
When minor issues came up (as they do in most projects; nothing out of the ordinary) he problem solved appropriately, and did not tack on any additionally fees. He came to the house to ensure everything was working properly, and genuinely seemed as though doing top quality work was his main priority.
We are very happy the final look of the install (it looks like the kitchen was built around the oven, rather than the oven being a later addition), but also with his responsiveness and willingness to work until not just we, but also he was satisfied that the job was (very) well done.
