UPDATE: 8/5/14 Our rubber roof started leaking a few months ago. I just learned from 2 other roofers that the original shingles under the rubber roof were never stripped! The roofer was supposed to do that and they lied to us (as well as were paid for a full roof strip of old shingles). I cannot express how mad and frustrated I am about this company. AVOID THEM.
The roof replacement workmanship was mediocre (see update - they lied to us) and their on-site professionalism was absolutely horrible (worst I've ever seen or heard). This is a summer home and we trusted that they would do their work professionally without supervision. What a mistake!
We arrived after the job was completed to inspect workmanship. We opened our garage, smelled something horrible, and found that they used one of our buckets for a toilet and left the excrement filled bucket in our garage for a number of hot summer days. The smell was horrible. Who does that???!!
We also found that they busted the flood lights on the back of the house eave (probably moving ladders) and did not notify us or replace them. They also left roofing nails in the garden beds.
I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for any service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
