Excavation
Raymond Demolition and Salvage came to us via a sub-contract to do the footings on our ground mounted solar system. I do not know what the financial arrangement was for this service.
I do know, however, that I have rarely seen such professionalism in an organization. Jay arrived when he said he was going to. When we encountered a New England rock that could fill up a small bathroom, he was on his cell phone immediately to get the appropriate equipment here. He came on the weekend to finish the job and returned promptly after completion to put down seed. He actually spent a significant amount of time raking out the area and removing small rocks that would stop grass from growing.
If you are comparing two estimates, go with Raymond. Service is obviously #1. (And he's a nice guy too).
