BMW TILE SVC

They did a design in the back splash in the kitchen that was just beautiful. Everything was flawless and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Jackie and Glen are THE most professional service providers you could ever hope to hire. They did an incredible job with the backsplash, offered several suggestions on best practices when they came for the estimate and they didn't leave an ounce of dust or dirt behind after the job.
The tile looks incredible and it was worth every penny to spend a few hundred dollars more on BMW than go with someone else. After we met them, we knew we would do whatever it took to hire them and we are so pleased we made that decision. I am a very big pain when it comes to hiring people as anyone who knows me can attest.....my recommendation to anyone reading this review who needs tile work, STOP looking, you've found all that you need in BMW!

They were fantastic. While they matched the marble, it was impossible to match the existing tile as it was 10 years old and no longer available but they came up with a design solution that makes the new area look and quot;originaland quot; and works with the existing tile so that you'd never know the bottom part of the shower is new, which is exactly what we wanted. It looks great, they were professional, showed up when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would and came in under estimate, which, they'd said the project wouldn't go over but might come in under; they had a small overage in materials but came in under by more than that in labor costs. The were neat and clean and when they left everything looked perfect, just awaiting re-installation of the shower glass.

We did use them and they are excellent. They came on time, did a wonderful job and finished the job nicely and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional, it was a hard floor to do. They did a great job. I will definitely use them again. We have some work we want to do in our kitchen. They took the time to figure out how to put the tile down in my pattern, I was kind of indecisive and they were very efficient in helping me with that. They actually brought the tile ahead of time and showed me the different patterns that I could do on the floor. They came out ahead a few times and they also did the threshold between the wood floor and the tile and you wouldn't know anything, they did a nice job matching everything. I'm happy, I was very pleased.

Glen and Jackie impressed us right from the first meeting with their professionalism and practical ideas about approaching each space. They also met us at the tile showroom and spent several hours reviewing different tile combinations and materials. We secured samples and made our final selection after returning home with them and getting detailed FIRM pricing for each option. They explained how they would approach the job, presented the schedule and executed each step as they said they would. They were very accommodating to all of our needs and we never felt any pressure from them except that we should be satisfied with all aspects of the job. It was really a dream experience and we felt treated very fairly in every way. I will use them again and gladly recommend them to anyone! As a last comment, the shower was built into a hip roof and the ceiling angles were atrocious! You cannot believe the quality of the workmanship that they executed. It is breath taking!
