Description of Work: No one ever answered the business phone nor was there an answering service or voicemail. I can't hire them if I can't reach them.

Description of Work: Service is prompt however pricing is very high. They had to revise my bill for the past 3 months due to overcharging. It took several phone calls to fix the problem.

 + -1 moreThe last time that it ran out was Thursday, 5/16. I called them that morning and asked if they could get a delivery out as soon as possible. I also asked them again to replace the tank. I was told that they would schedule it and get back to me. By 3pm on Friday, I hadn't heard back from them and decided to look for an alternate vendor. The new vendor brought a full tank out on Saturday morning so I called Arrow and told them to come and get their tank from my home.
Description of Work: I had their tank at my home when I moved there in 2011 so I just kept them as a provider. We use propane to heat our water adn for cooking. The first time that they came out to make a delivery, the driver remarked that the tank was old and should be replaced. After 18 months, it still hasn't been replaced and the fuel gauge doesn't work. Subsequently, I've run out of propane 4 times in the past 18 months.
