not very well. we chose to work with this company primarily because of their alleged availability sooner than the other estimators we used. He was late getting started and it took longer than was promised. He chose to expand the work to include refinishing the entire room instead of just the new section (and "feather" the last board to the existing ones). The bill was 4 times the original quote for the work. Even accounting for the extra work of finishing the entire room, the bill was DOUBLE our other estimates for that job. The work done on the floors was quite satisfactory and done to a good standard. Of course, the color of the new boards don't really match the old ones, but that's normal for cherry floors which is why we didn't want to go to the expense of redoing the existing floors.
