Such great customer service; listened to what we wanted and gave great advise. Takes care of your property while the work is being done and you donâ t have to worry about cleaning up after him. He takes his time to do an excellent job. Just relax and let him do his magic. Thank you Pro One for going above and beyond! I called Pro One with a small/medium workload project (bath ceiling repair, closet ceiling repair, a few replacements). Ricardo and I spoke on the phone and scheduled time for him to stop by and take a look at what I needed done. He arrived on time and provided a fair estimate for the work with reasoning behind the estimate, which was much appreciated as I rarely have an idea on cost for each task. We later agreed to move forward with the job and Ricardo mentioned he would call to schedule time the following week. Like clockwork, Ricardo not only called, but also arrived on time for the job on the scheduled day. He spent the day working on the project and was very quiet as I work from home (thank you!). Outcome: The work completed was perfect. I couldnâ t tell there was anything wrong in the first place. Honestly, Iâ m not surprised at all, Ricardo and company are very professional and heâ s willing to go above and beyond for his customers. He is so nice and genuine, I really appreciate all his hard work. Thank you Ricardo and Pro One for such an amazing job! We hired Pro One Remodeling a second time for another project (replacing kitchen cabinets and countertop) because they did an excellent job with the first project (replacing our deck) and were so good to work with. I would give 5 stars for the second project too. Ricardo (and his team) is very good to work with. He was professional, responsive, prompt with quotes, on time with very good quality work, did what he said he would do with no surprises, and communicated well throughout the projects. And his team left everything perfectly cleaned up when they were done. All the things I really want when we do a project. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work and the whole process. I would highly recommend Pro One Remodeling and Ricardo.

I am grateful that I discovered and selected Pro One Remodeling for renovations to my rental home with special emphasis on total bath and kitchen remodel. Time was critical and the estimated proposal was reasonably priced. The project was completed promptly and in the time promised with an excellent outcome. Ricardo, Carlos and the entire crew worked diligently, effectively and efficiently. Ricardo was always attentive and responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I was offered suggestions for improvement without pressure for the betterment of the final outcome. I am totally pleased and satisfied with the finished project. I have been given a newly renovated apartment with great rental appeal. I would not hesitate to hire Pro One in the future and would definitely recommend Pro One to others.

It can be hard to find a good contractor, believe me. Many won't even return your calls. So after more than a month of searching, when my neighbor recommended Ricardo at Pro One Remodeling, I grabbed his number immediately. I had water damage in the kitchen from a burst dishwasher line and needed the kitchen island redone in a way that match or compliment the rest of the kitchen cabinets. I decided to have the master bathroom completely gutted at the same time, as the original work was just never done correctly. The shower leaked repeatedly no matter what I did. Ricardo returned my call almost immediately and finally the process got underway. I was happy I contacted Pro One. Ricardo and his team were responsive, timely and very courteous. They showed up right when they said they were going to - no surprises. Just as important, they worked around my schedule too; understanding there would be days I couldn't have them come. They did the work on-time based on the schedule that Ricardo provided before work began and completed the work for the price quoted upfront. And the price was very reasonable too. Perhaps most importantly, the work was excellent. The bathroom came out terrific and most of all, I know it won't leak anymore! I’m really happy my neighbor recommended Pro One and I in turn would recommend them to my friends. I will be needing additional things done over time and I will be calling Ricardo to do it without hesitation.

We hired Pro One to replace our old aging deck with composite decking, as well as to install a child safety pool fence in front of the pool that runs along our deck - not an easy job given the age of our deck, the fact that it is raised off the ground, and the shape of the pool. We couldn't be happier with the job Pro One did from start to finish. Ricardo came out the very next day after we contacted him to provide an estimate for the project, and he and his team then stuck to the budget and timeline (even finished early!). The deck came out beautifully and the team worked hard to make sure it was ready in time to enjoy the spring weather (even working on weekends after confirming with us that it was OK). We are looking forward to spending much of the summer out on our new deck, without worry that our baby girl get too close to the pool. We will absolutely be using Pro One for any future work we need done to the house.

Ricardo and his team removed a wall between our kitchen and dining room. They also added chair rails and baseboards to match the kitchen, then painted both rooms to match. Their work was excellent, and his team moved very quickly. It is a completely transformed space. I would definitely recommend Pro One Renovation and Remodeling.

Ricardo did a wonderful job on our gut remodeling of the master bathroom, from standard builder's grade to our vision of hi-end modern feel. Ricardo and his team were very nice to deal with, left the house each day very clean, and I appreciate communication was efficient (txt, phone, meetings). Ricardo was also very efficiently managing the sub-contractors and inspections, and as a result the work went swiftly and in the time-frame stated. He is dedicated, dependable, provides high quality work, and has a positive attitude. I'll be looking forward to work with him again soon.

Pro One did an excellent job with our remodeling job. We had a short time window to renovate an entire apartment. Ricardo was able to assemble his crew and start the job within a couple days and finished it AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. You don't receive that kind of service often, but Pro One delivered! Ricardo was easy to work with and the crew were friendly and respectful. Ricardo puts everything in writing in the contract, so there is no confusion. If the contract doesn't describe what you need, then let Ricardo know and he will revise the contract (and the price) accordingly. I plan to use them again!

Pro Handyman services did the following work for us: 1) complete kitchen remodeling, 2) brand-new laundry room and 3) brand-new back door entryway and staircase. Our house is over a hundred years old, so Pro Handyman services did a complete demo of the existing area, removed several layers of floors, walls and ceiling and installed everything anew. We are very pleased with the work that they did. Everything was done on schedule and on time and most importantly, to our satisfaction. They worked on the weekends and put in 12-hour days when needed to meet our schedule. What we appreciated the most was that they were detail-oriented, they had to solve some unexpected problems creatively generally by putting in more work than planned. Pro Handyman services cared about the quality of their work, they did not cut corners and they took into account all suggestions that we made. The entire team is very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

I hired Pro Handyman to paint my house, fix siding, install gutters, repair front porch and build new rear deck. Ricardo and his employees where very professional and did a great job.
