Paul Clamens of M. Celata Real Estate Company
in Revere was referred to us by one of his coworkers. We live in
Maryland but have a rental house in Beverly. So we needed a broker to
find a suitable renter and then serve as a property manager. We hit the
jackpot with Paul!
Without having met Paul, we began coordinating by email. He
was very responsive -- usually getting back to us within a couple of
hours or less. He helped us figure out the terms of a lease and an
appropriate rent to charge.
He surveyed the property, made recommendations on repairs, and then
either supervised the repairs or did some of them himself! He cleaned
gutters and downspouts, moved stuff to make the place more presentable,
installed carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, installed a door, hired and
supervised the yard maintenance, painters, etc.
With a quick turn around, he advertised the property and set
up several showings, coordinating with the tenants who were living in
the house. We completely relied on his good judgment to pick the best
tenant. All of this was within our exact time table.
We now have what looks to be a great tenant in the house.
Paul will continue on as a property manager - coordinating necessary
repairs as well as things like yard maintenance.
My husband finally met Paul when our current tenant moved out and the new
tenant moved in. During the move out/move in transition, Paul even
pitched in, helping to make a smooth transition.
Paul Clamens is talented, flexible, professional, and personable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
