Roger Litman came out to look at the system. He was wonderful and actually knew exactly what was wrong with our radiator that wasn't heating up. He spent a long time at our house properly measuring the radiators and offered up some great advice on our old steam heating system. Unfortunately NSF only provides service to customers who purchase oil from them, and their oil prices are much higher than our current company, so we were unable to switch. If you're looking for an oil company with a clue, even if it costs a little more, I would definitely recommend these guys.

THEY WERE ORGANIZED, ON TIME, POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS BUT ALWAYS CAME IMMEDIATELY, WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, EVEN OVER CHRISTMAS. WE FEEL CONFIDENT ABOUT THEIR WORK AND WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THEM AGAIN.
