had to call several times to get him to come out to my home cancelled once was very late the next two times he came was rude over the phone furnace was working for a couple of weeks then stopped my son knows some about furnaces, opened it up and a wire was loose and a lug nut every time we tried to turn the furnace on it flipped a breaker. my son said that by not tightening the lug nut the wire came loose I still have no heat he did not return my calls my son contacted him he said he would come in the afternoon the next day, after several calls going to vm and a couple of times reaching him.."ill be there in a couple of hours." "ill be there in 20 minutes.etc" started calling him at 315 still had not shown up at 8pm finally returned my call said he was on the way and I asked I have no idea what that means because all day you have been giving me times and then don't show up I told him I was freezing and my dog just had surgery.I wanted to know why he kept saying a time and then not coming.can I trust him to come he told me to get someone else.! he laughed at me.! I told him I would give him a bad review still laughed he knows I just lost my husband. thought he would be a professional now I have to pay someone else to fix his mistake. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
