Just fine.  The estimate was clear; the timing just right. JP showed up when he said he would and gave me a few extras. Chair looks brand new and much cheaper than buying a new one. All spots gone.

I found JP Aleo Upholstery cleaning on Angie's List and contacted them via email/text. Super-friendly and accommodating when setting-up the service appointment. Just send pics of the sofa to get the estimate over the phone. Price quoted was $395 and it was money well spent! My sofa had suffered from four dogs using it as their own personal piece of furniture. We were seriously considering getting rid of it even though it was only 4 years old and structurally sound. We decided to give professional cleaning a try and soooo glad that we did. JP Aleo came to the house on time, set-up his equipment, wore his booties, was courteous and got to work. After two hours he'd deep cleaned the whole sofa frame, chaisse cushion, 4 seat cushions and 5 back cushions. It was like I had a new sofa again! Highly recommend this company to anyone. Will be calling them in the future for maintenance cleaning too. Two thumbs-up!

My silk couch had not been cleaned in years. I called this company and they came as scheduled. The whole process took about an hour and I was extremely pleased. All the spots were gone.

He gave me a break on the pillows.  I wasn't going to have the company do the pillows; but he gave me a break, so I did that.  He was another guy who was very knowledgeable and very courteous.  He has been in the business for 40 some years.  He is very professional.  He did a good job.  He was very reliable.  He said he would call me the day before.  He said he would be here around 8'o clock in the morning and he was here at 8'o clock in the morning.  He just called to make sure I was there and he showed up.  He does his things and he is very good about it.  He does no pretension at all.  He is a normal guy.  He did a good job.  I chose him because he got positive review on Angie's List.

Joe and his son Luke arrived as scheduled. They immediately upon entering the house put clean booties on so as to not track in dirt. Joe explained the leather cleaning process in detail and what to expect - he even went into detail about the types of leathers and how they clean. They were meticulous and did a thorough job from start to finish. I couldn't believe how new my leather furniture looked after they were finished they still look great. When they got around to cleaning the rugs, I couldn't believe how much dirt they removed. All in all, they did a fantastic job. I couldn't  be happier with their work and results. I would definitely  have them back and would recommend them without reservation.

Joe arrived right on time, put booties on his shoes before entering my house, and quickly went to work.   The water marks, dirt, and oil came right out and left the pieces looking brand new!

Everything went very well and I am very pleased with the results.

A squirrel got into our house. After getting rid of it, we were left with a badly stained sofa. I wanted to throw it out on the grounds that it was totally disgusting, but my husband wanted to see if it could be saved. I got the reference to J.P. Upholstery Cleaning from Angie's List and called to see if they thought anything could be done. As it happens, Joe Aleo had heard a similar story a few months earlier and had successfully treated that squirrel damage. He made no guarantees he could do the same for us: everything depends on the fabric; but he thought it was worth a try. He came by the next day and did a miraculous job on the sofa: you would never know there had been a problem; as my husband said, the sofa, which is at least thirty years old, looks better than it has in years. The cost of  cleaning the three-person sofa was $250; Joe also cleaned a dining room chair that had a red wine stain and a forty-year-old corduroy armchair. Those extras raised the total bill to $400. He did the work in under 2 hours and was very pleasant to be with. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He's a real pro.

When we were on vacation a squirrel got into our house. I thought we were going to loose a lot of my furniture. He ended up being able to remove all of the stains. He did a magnificent job on everything and was just wonderful. He was not cheap, because I live a little far away from his offices, but he was worth it. He was so helpful and honest about everything. I was delighted with him and would recommend him to anyone.

We purchased a new home that came with a large, upholstered dining room set.  The previous owners had a young child, and the set was quite heavily soiled and stained with liquids, markers, and cray-pas.  We called Joe hoping for some amelioration of the damage, but expected that it would be a loss.  Joe worked a miracle -- the chairs look show room new, and our banquette (which is a difficult-to-clean natural silk blend fabric) looks much, much better.  Before starting work, Joe explained the risks and benefits of trying to clean each piece.  He was punctual, courteous, and organized.  We will definitely call him the next time we have upholstery that needs cleaning!

I called for these services on the 16th of December and he was able to perform them on Tuesday, 12/21. When he arrived he evaluated the furniture and was very upfront as to whether a stain could be removed and what it would look like if it did not. Joe has been in the business for 30 years and you can see why. It was refreshing to meet someone who enjoyed their work and took pride in what they do.

He was outstanding. He was extremely professional. He gave a lot of expert advice on how to take care of the fabric and how to handle the stains there were on them. He was very timely. He did a great job. He has been the best upholstery cleaning I have ever used.

This was an excellent experience. Joe answered my call and set up an appointment for the next day. He called to confirm he was on his way, and arrived punctually. He did a very good job cleaning the sofa. He set up a tarp to contain any mess from the cleaning, and wore booties to protect my home from having any dirt tracked in. He was extremely professional, and a really nice guy. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend him to anyone, or use his services again.

He was recommended to me by a man who reupholstered some dining room chairs for us. He did an outstanding job. My husband is a handyman and carpenter and he hadn’t been changing his pants before he sat on the couch and I run a daycare here so the love seat was also dirty. The situation was challenging and he did a great job of making sure I didn’t have too high expectations. He showed me what it meant that the fabric was jacquard and together we did a test on the fabric with the cleaner he wanted to use. Everything was fine so he set to work with my agreement. The furniture got incredibly clean and it really was beyond his expectations. He scotch guarded the furniture then set up the room for everything to dry off.

Overall it went very well. Mr. Aleo looked at the condition of the sofa, and said that he might not be able to get all of the stains out of it, but that he would give it a good try and thought he could get most of the stains out. He was very careful and did indeed get most of the stains out, and considerably reduced the appearance of the last stubborn stain. Another time, Mr. Aleo assured me he could get the urine stain out of the mattress with no residual stain or odor. He succeeded in doing this.

I chose this company because of the Angie's List magazine that had his ad in it. He was fast and thorough. I liked his work very much and the price was very reasonable.

They were reliable and also inexpensive and that is what I liked the most about them. I can't remember how much I paid for it, but I think it was around $80. I would highly recommend them and use them again.
