We offer tile work (kitchen, baths and/or basement floors) & handyman services which include- drywall repairs, cabinet repairs, storage unit, office furniture assembly, hardware & shelving installation. Frank answered my request promptly, he came to my house on time to estimate job, he followed up quickly with a detailed quote and suggestions. Once at my house I was very impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Although he advertises as "small jobs" he is much more than a handyman. He is actually a master carpenter with many years experience in all phases of construction and repair (over 30 years he told me). He provided a wealth of information on many questions I had about other stuff in my house.
He went over and above what I had expected, he was more fussy than I was about things I didn't even notice. He brought a dozen different stains to match perfectly my other kitchen wood and meticulously sampled small pieces of wood until he got it exact. He was at my house for 3 days and I was so comfortable I left him alone while I went to work. Heck he even councils homeless on the weekends:). Just a great guy, professional in his work and you can tell he loves to make his customers happy. I already have many projects for him, I hope he doesn't get to popular:)
