Flavia House cleaning

Flavia and her team have been cleaning my house and previously my condo for almost 10 years. She's responsive and never had an issue. She's very understanding and accommodating. Especially picking up after my daughter's room. Always appreciate that and never complained.

We have been using them for about 3 years now. They generally come with 2-3 employees, and come on the same day every other week. It generally takes about 45 minutes to an hour for them to clean everything. They are very trustworthy, and I have given them their own key to my house. They work very carefully, and pay close attention to detail. They are also very responsible, and responsive to our needs. Their cost is very reasonable. They have been cleaning both my daughters, and neighbors house across the street for years now as well.

My five year old always knows when Flavia and her crew have come to clean our house when we open our door and see our tangle of shoes neatly lined up and catch the slight scent of our cleaning products in the air. “Flavia was here! Flavia was here!” My husband and I first started using Flavia’s cleaning services 8 years ago, shortly after we were married, upon the recommendation of our landlords, who had also used her. We started with a once-a-month deep cleaning, which fit our lifestyle and budget at the time, and when we had kids we upgraded to once every two weeks, which is all that has kept our household from descending into chaos. We have found Flavia and her crew trustworthy and thorough, with nice decorative touches like folded toilet paper ends. Flavia and crew are very reliable—she has rescheduled only a handful of times in 8 years, and very accommodating of our schedule (as we have rescheduled on her many more times than that). On the times that she and her crew have come when I’m in the house with the kids, they are very sweet with them and understanding as we try to stay out of their way (without always succeeding). I highly recommend them.

Flavia does a great job and she does it very efficiently! There is no down-time with the service members. This is very important to me as I work and need to get my two large dogs out of the house as she cleans. To be clear, Flavia does not mind dogs, it's just that mine are not crated and would get in the way.

They have been cleaning my house for 13 years. I have always found them to be extremely reliable, and very thorough. I trust them with my house keys, and my possessions. They are very nice to work with. It is usually 2-3 people who come out. Flavia usually comes with 1 or 2 other employees. Our house is about 1,800 square feet. They come every other week on the same day, and are very punctual. They're rates are very reasonable, and I have recommended them many other people.
