William installed an EV charger at our home, and we couldn't have been happier. He was friendly and communicative, explained everything super clearly, and did a great job. His pricing was transparent and reasonable, definitely in line with other electricians we spoke to. We'll definitely be calling him again in future!

William was great to work with. He previously did an amazing job wiring a new bathroom for us and did an amazing job again several months later when we needed emergency work done. He showed up almost immediately after we called him and solved an urgent electrical problem we were having with our heating system. He has great communication skills, is very knowledgeable, and is great to be around. Would highly recommend and we will continue to keep hiring him for future projects.

William was awesome all around. He did an incredible job helping us figure out the best way to go about installing a new bathroom in our basement. Because we were new to home projects he gave tons of valuable advice that helped us save money and we were very happy with the final result. He even gave several suggestions regarding the general work we were doing that ended up giving us a better layout. He went above and beyond repeatedly and hands down was a great person to work with. Would definitely hire him again.

Couldn't have gone any better. My job was a relatively small one and William was able to fit me into his busy schedule...right before the holidays. I supplied the new motion-activated fixture and he removed the defective one and installed the replacement. Everything went very smoothly and he was very pleasant and and easy to deal with. I will call him again in the future.

I had a very positive experience with William for the installation of wiring for two mini split head units and a 200 amp upgrade. I quickly received an estimate and an install date. William worked seamlessly with the heating and cooling contractor and the electrical inspector. He left his work area immaculate. I will contact William for future electrical needs.

Visit was to check for source of high EMI resulting from grounding problems. William was very nice and willing to listen and did troubleshooting to try to locate source of issue. He performed checks on our condo panels and some maintenance on the system. Looks as if it will take a bit more work to resolve the issue but he took the time to explained everything he found and listen to follow up questions. Would hire again.

Excellent work, I can't say enough wonderful things about William. I called him on a Sunday and he was here at my home within 90 minutes, Thank GOD, he picked up the phone as many others did not. It was a hot & humid July day & I had no A/C or internet connection. Very professional & reasonably priced. I recommend him to everyone.

I am writing a review for my elderly neighbor who had services twice performed by William Morrissey. He was very kind, punctual, and did excellent work. The light in the lamp post was not working due to a storm. William went to pick up a new light, fixed it and painted the lamp post. He made a return trip to the house to fix the power lines coming into the house. He made sure to clamp them tightly to the house to ensure they don’t loosen again. William kept in mind he was dealing with a 98 year old gentleman when it was time for payment. He was very charitable and went above and beyond the norm. He is wonderful.

William came to my house and wore proper PPE. Started work promptly and took measures to assure high quality with a low cost approach (used existing material when possible but did not cut corners). Completed work in one afternoon and completed within estimate. Very competent and professional skills and workmanship.

Amazingly. William was extremely responsive and was able to reach my apartment very quickly. He was able to assess the problem I was dealing with quickly ( I had lost a wire in the wall from my thermostat) and he decided a new solution that quickly got my AC working again. He even talked me through things he was working on and explained them simply to me. Very professional, friendly, would absolutely recommend.

Billy was very meticulous about his work. He even called the town inspector to come out to look at his proposal before we even signed the contract, he really wanted to make sure his work would be compliant and 100% approved with no surprises and he was willing to lower and adjust the quote based on the inspector's comments. One key thing we really like about Billy is about his integrity and his trustworthiness, meaning, if he had to go to work elsewhere during that time based on his schedules and priorities, he would let us know that he wouldn't be able to come, and if Billy tells you that he would come and work at your place on any particular days, he would show up, exactly what he said and promised. This would help us to plan out accordingly and to set the right expectation and not just guessing. We got another quote lower than his but we still decided to hire his company to work on this project based on the professionalism and attention to details and good work. It turned out exactly what we would like to see and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Billy and his team for any electrical works and we definitely bring him back for any future projects.
