When I brought it in Friday for an appraisal from a hit and run I was surprised they were willing to keep it because it was unsafe to drive. I was under the impression that they'd make an estimate and call me when the parts came in. The men in the shop treated me so well and called the rental company immediately to get me a vehicle. I dropped my car off, got picked up, signed papers at Enterprise and drove off in a beautiful rental SUV all in an hour. Atlas checked in with me Tuesday to let me know the official appraisal had been done and they were ready to perform the repairs. It needed a new fender, a new hood, a new grill and new paint for all of those pieces. It took a total of 9 days which is expected for such damage and a paint job. When they called to say it was ready they were very friendly and pretty flexible on pick up time since I'm a college student and missing classes wasn't an option. They understood and let me pick it up the following morning. When I went in to pay, the office was so neat and organized and there was no wait at all. They had all of my information ready and all the paperwork available so I could see what was done and when. When I saw my car I was literally speechless. The paint job was flawless and the car looked like a brand new car off a show room floor. When I got in, I was even more surprised to find that not only did they "clean" it like their website promises, but they detailed the whole interior! My carpets and seats looked and smelled brand new and the floor mats and dashboard were clean like new. The exterior had also been washed and waxed clean. For such a stressful time for me, the team at Atlas made sure they did whatever it took for me to be happy. I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. They were all professional, organized, and on top of things.
