I went down the list of what she had done and I had her do something that isn't normally done. Her boss called me and told me I had to pay her before she left. I asked where my invoice was and she said she would mail it to me. She was there from 8:30 to 2:30. There was only 1 person instead of 2. It was not done well and I had to have another company come in to clean. She did what she could but it wasn't great because she needed more help. I still haven't received a invoice. It was very unprofessional.

Perhaps because I wasn't a regular customer it wasn't cost effective for Angel Cleaners to clean my apartment.

Jerry is fabulous, he is the owner. Initially the person who came to clean did an excellent job, but now there have been several different things that have not been completed. She did come back out to afterwards to clean without charge. When I contacted Jerry about this he said it would never happen again, he's just great.
