She is wonderful. She came right out. She understood that the time was important in this particular project because we were having some painting done. It was the right time to get the letter glass adrift. She came right out. Normally, she has to take the whole piece out, and she would put a wood piece in there; but she was concerned about the safety and the security. She cut the piece of glass to the side and put that in there for a few days, as she was going to have our piece. She brought it back exactly, when she said she was going to get for two different windows. No one of it was easy. The price was extremely reasonable. She was great. Everything about her was even greater than the grade A.
