STAR MARBLE & GRANITE

This was an incredibly smooth and professional experience! When we stopped by the shop, Hue patiently walked us through the company's selection of granite, helping us to find the best match for our cabinets. This is trickier than it sounds and we really appreciated his help in finding a perfect match. That done, we selected a sink to go with the granite and gave them a check for half the total cost of the job. 10 days later, Hue came to the house with his crew of men. All of the pieces of countertop were cut and ready to instal. Hue meticulously form-fit the pieces fit my very imperfect cabinets and when he left everything looked great. The crew he had with him were polite and professional - it was obvious to me that everyone knew exactly what the were doing. Hue personally supervised the entire project. This included fitting, shimming, leveling, caulking and sealing. The entire the install took 3 hours. After they left, I wan moving the stove back into place and bumped into the island and moved the granite - the caulk had not yet cured. I called the company and before long Hue was back! He reset the stone and recaulked the island free of charge! I was truly blown away. The quality of their work was outstanding. Their professionalism was outstanding. Furthermore, the price came in at more than 1000 dollars LESS than Lowes! Bottom line: I'd whole- heatedly recommend them without reservation! We were extremely pleased with the job. We highly recommend Sonny and his crew. Not only was their bid the lowest we received, their turnaround time was among the best. They did in fact deliver the granite less than 2 weeks after coming to take measurements and make their template. Their post-sales service was also excellent. After installation, we noticed a couple of very small, minor defects. Within days they came by to repair the defects, no questions asked, and no charge.
