It was fantastic. They were incredible. We had a heat wave and it was 90 degrees in our house for a week. They put in the unit. It worked incredibly well. We were extremely happy with the results. The customer responsiveness was great. It was an expensive item. I think they charged a fair price.

This company is a nightmare. You will be sorry if you choose them for your propane service. They told me I was denied a permit when they had not even applied. They still owe me money for the full untapped tanks that i called them to take back. They do not care about the customer or abiding by public codes. They will not return your phone calls after leaving eight messages for Tim, and quot;The Ownerand quot;. . Customer service is a hot mess and the people who work the office are malicious with bad intent. I hope that nobody ever had to have such a horrifying experience as I have had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost.

It went smoothly. Gil did a great job assessing our needs and recommending a system that was right for us. Propane Plus workmen were competent and quick. They did everything that they said they would, and the price was exactly what they quoted in advance. They have answered any questions we ever had, and they supported us in any way that we needed --- even though they are located in Massachusetts and we are in Southern RI. It has been a year since installation, and this boiler ran beautifully despite a power shortage, in which we had to use a backup generator. When we couldn't figure out how to match the generator with the boiler, they called us back immediately (late at night), got Gil on the phone, and worked through the error codes with us, so that we could have heat in the middle of a storm. It took less than a half hour! Very easy to do business with this company -- honest and honorable.

We use propane for our heat. They have been extremely good. They call us if we paid too much. They tell us to stop paying and to wait and see how much we had used. They just do not say $80 a month and build up a huge reserve of money that you could have spent on something else. So, they have been very good about saying that. We had no problems. We never had to call them for a refill. They had been here all the time. We never run out. We have been using them for two-and-a-half years. They had been great. We pay them on a monthly basis when it is needed. Some months I do not pay at all. They have a program where you have a yearly heating contract where you lock- in to one price, so, if the price rises, you do not have to pay any more. The price is pretty good.
